Libelula cards started because my first gift tags where of Libelula (dragonfly) and one of my best love them so I made a whole set out just that. I am an Workaholic Architect that needed time to do thing for me, to relax, and meditate, so in a way this cards help me with stress. I have four sisters and lost of nephews, that I Love doing gift tags, and invitations, party favor tags, and everything that has to do with a party, In Mexico, where I am from, I don’t know why (every country, city or community have their own customs, but where I am from, with a gift that with kids parties, baby showers, Wedding showers (that sometimes are bigger that a wedding) the gift has it cards with the name is visible, so when I studied Architecture, and I got of ideas of doing gift tags, specially when we did scale models, that explains, little flowers, (and patience) . My first gift tags where rectangle, simple black and grays, then color printer came out (long time ago) I evolved and converted flat cards in to square 3d cards, mostly family and friends, then I discovered Scrapbooking, when I was going get married, I could not find the rose paper color I wanted , so I discovered my first flower Paper Puncher , and my bible (Punch Art I) I fell in love, I don’t do so elaborated, because I like something small so I can start and finished fast, ( since construction take a lot longer), I started out with family and friends , but now I have new friends thru my cards, they come back every time for more, or new themes, specially for kids since they grow up so fast they don’t like the choochoo’s anymore, so I learned to do bugs, aliens and marines, ( I have mostly more nephews than nieces, so when I go overboard with the girl tags.)
